No-Refund & Replacement Policy
At ISHA Collections, we take great care to maintain the quality of our delicate apparel items. To ensure fairness and transparency, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- Only replacement is offered, subject to eligibility conditions outlined below.

2. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will be provided only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
To claim a replacement, customers must provide a parcel opening video recorded at the time of delivery.
- The video must be continuous (no cuts, pauses, or edits).
- It must clearly show the parcel, the opening process, and the product condition.
- Claims submitted without a valid parcel opening video will not be accepted.

4. Timeline for Replacement Request
- You must contact us within 4 days of receiving the order.
- Claims made after 4 days will not be entertained.

5. Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement requests will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Minor colour variations due to screen resolution or lighting.
- Slight differences in fabric texture or feel.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Statements such as “I expected something different.”
- Damage caused by misuse, washing errors, or normal wear & tear.

6. Condition of Returned Product
If a replacement is approved:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Any product found to be used or tampered with will be rejected and returned to the customer.

7. Exchange Process
- Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Share the parcel opening video along with your request.
- If approved, we will arrange or guide you through the return shipment process.
- A replacement will be dispatched only after we receive and verify the returned product.
