At Isha Collections, we take great care to maintain the quality of our products. As our products are delicate apparel items, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days
- Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service availability
Size Exchange Policy
- Product must be couriered back by the customer within 48 hours of delivery
- Product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- After deducting ₹70 shipping charges, a coupon code will be issued for the remaining amount
Coupon Code Details
- Coupon code will be issued after the parcel is received by us
- Valid for 1 month from the issue date shared on WhatsApp
- Can be used on any product available on our website
- Exchange process may take 15–20 days
Return / Replacement Policy
- Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products
- An uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, only a coupon code will be provided instead of a money refund

- Coupon code will be shared after the parcel reaches us
- Valid for 1 month from the WhatsApp issue date
- Can be used on any product from our website
We do not provide cash refunds. Only coupon codes will be issued.
